    2 System applicable conditions

    2.1 Product model:WYC150-30。

    2.2 For ¢6mm~¢51mm soft core high pressure hose for de-core and static pressure test, the length of soft core high pressure hose should not exceed 200 meters.

    2.3The core-off pressure of the tested high-pressure hose is 50MPa, and the maximum test pressure of the system is 150MPa.

    3Overall technical solution

    This system mainly consists of a set of pressure test pump (CB150-15, 15KW frequency conversion motor), a set of core-off pump (JT30-1900/50, 30KW ordinary motor), a set of WYC microcomputer test system, a set of 15KW inverter, two It consists of a set of high-pressure hose hydraulic clamps (two sets of hydraulic stations, four oil cylinders) and a remote control valve group.

    3.1 System Features

    The equipment in this scheme is specially designed for hose de-core and pressure test, and the operation is simple and reliable.

    When the system is used for the pressure test process, the pressure test interface can be selected on the system. At this time, the system automatically selects the pressure test pump, which is convenient for slow and steady pressure increase. And when testing small-sized hoses, you can also choose to reduce the pump speed by frequency conversion to provide a suitable flow. During the pressure test, the system also automatically records the pressure test information and can generate a curve report.

    When the system is used for the core removal process, the core removal interface can be selected on the system. At this time, the system automatically selects the core removal pump. If the flow rate is insufficient, two pumps can be selected to work at the same time.。

    The system also specially designed a set of air-controlled pressure regulating valve for the core-off process. By adjusting the air pressure, the main engine can provide a basic continuous constant pressure when the core stripping pump is working, which is convenient for core stripping. There will be no phenomenon that the pressure overshoot is too large at the initial stage of core removal and exceeds the rated pressure of the main engine.
